What's Keeping You Stuck and Frustrated?
1) You're only doing things such as: Yoga, long distance running, elliptical, spin bike, biking....in short, you're doing lower intensity exercise and too often. Start lifting heavier weights
What you can do:
- Start lifting heavier weights
- Workout really intense for no more than 30-40 minutes, just 3x per week.
- Do full body movements like squats, deadlifts, push ups, lunges, pull ups and when you do them do a series of exercises for aprx 40 seconds and then rest for only 20 seconds before you move on to the next exercise. This is HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
2) You don’t lift heavy weights. If you do lift weight you stick to machines, or 5lb -10lb dumbells and MAYBE you use the 15 lb dumbells.
What you can do:
- Start picking up that barbell and grabbing the heavier dumbells!
3) You are toxic. You think you feel normal, but trust me, you haven’t experienced what incredible feels like. The foods you eat, what you’re drinking, are making you toxic.
What you can do:
- Fast, cleanse or do a detox to help your bod rid the toxins and clean itself out so you can start burning fat properly, boost your energy, and improve your health. Looking for help? Check out my program HERE.
4) You don’t eat enough protein. I’ve never worked with someone who was eating too much protein. However, their carbohydrate intake is always more than sufficient!
What you can do:
- Women - eat a minimum of 90g of protein each day
- Men - eat a minimum of 140g of protein each day.
- These are general guidelines....it will very based on your body weight and activity level.
5) You are nutrient deficient. The foods you are eating are deprived of nutrients. You are consuming calories but they have little nutritional value and your body is showing to results of that and your energy levels are no where near optimal state.
What you can do:
- Start eating more organic WHOLE foods. Stop eating foods that are high in calories and low in nutrients like muffins, cereal, slim bars, fast food, pastries, bar food, convenience store food, fried food....etc..

Target a few of these areas, do them consistently and you will begin to notice real change in your body. You'll begin to look leaner, stronger and more fit all while boosting your energy and feeling amazing!
