We indulge during the holidays, let our diet slip, so how can we quickly shed the unwanted weight gain? Let me share what I do.
SUMMARY:
1. Workout In A Fasted State:
More than likely you over indulged in sugar and carbs. So a quick way to put your body in a fat burning state is to workout on an empty stomach so it has to tap into your fat reserves for fuel.
2. Do a 24-36 hr Fast or Cleanse:
It's critical to get your hormones back in balance. The quickest way to hit the "reset" button in your body is to fast. Drink PLENTY of water with some fresh squeezed lemon to aid your body in the detox.
