3 Things I Learned From Fasting

1. You will never optimize your health, performance or body until you clean your body from the inside and improve your gut health.  The quickest and most effective way to do this is by implementing a nutritional cleanse/detox/fasting plan (guided by a professional).  I will tell you from experience, if you think you fill good now, try a nutritional cleanse 1x per week for 1 month and you'll be blown away as to AMAZING you feel.  

2. It's the quickest way to discover how mentally weak or strong you are.  It will expose your weakness. It will expose the part of us that has been sabotaging us.  This is an OPPORTUNITY to train and overcome this weakness and finally experience the breakthroughs we desire.  Hunger is NOT AN EMERGENCY! 

3.  If you want to fulfill your greatest potential both mentally and physically, and improve your longevity then fasting and detoxing must become a part of your routine.  Period.  If you're not fasting/detoxing you are not optimizing your potential - you have another level that you can reach.
