1. Just because someone has a body that you desire does NOT mean they know how to eat for optimum health & performance.
Many times they are consuming products and foods that are extremely toxic that will cause negative results down the road.
2. Read the ingredient list carefully! AVOID artificial sweeteners like sucralose and aspartame.
You will find this in many popular protein bars, shakes, energy drinks, sports drinks and many other products..... things like Quest Bars, Gatorade, Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein to just name a few and almost ALL pre workout drinks or "low calorie or low sugar" energy drinks.
3. It will KILL your good gut bacteria. This will make it hard to lose weight and keep you toxic/fat as well.
4. If a company has junk ingredients like artificial sweeteners, colors and additives you KNOW they do not have your health in mind.
They only care about lowering the price point so you can afford to buy their junk. Invest in your health, spend a little more and get foods and/or supplements that will BENEFIT your health long term and make you feel more energized, focused, and healthy!
