Don't make the same mistakes that I see people make time and time again.

Often times it's just not their fault...

You see, they don't know exactly what they should be eating to melt away the fat. Should they go low carb, high carb, no carb, high fat, low fat, carb cycling, no sugar, no bread.... the options are endless and...

 it can be so damn confusing and frustrating trying to figure out what to listen to and what will actually work... 

And that's just the beginning of the struggle.  What kind of workouts should you do to get a lean, toned and athletic looking body?  One that you're proud of, not frustrated with?  Should you lift weights, do cardio, how many reps, what lifts and what days should you workout?  

It can feel paralyzing and leave you stopping before you even start...

Then the biggest factor of all...support, guidance and accountability.  Many times a person will try and tackle their weight loss and fitness journey alone. Often times, their spouse or significant other ends up sabotaging their progress and results because they just are not ready to make the same kind of change as they are.
