#58 - You've Been Tricked Into Eating a Breakfast That Will Make You Fat, Sluggish and Hungry

The large food industries have fooled you.

It's way too popular among our culture to have breakfast filled with foods/snacks that are high in carbohydrates and sugars.  Sure, you'll get a boost in energy, but you'll come crashing down just as hard.  Leaving you sluggish, tired, and hungry.  Can anyone say, "10:30 am crash and major brain fog."  Be careful if you're saying, "Nope, I don't have that."  You probably feel like that because you've been in a brain fog state for years now - I was one of them.  When you feel it lift, you'll never be the same and this is one way to begin that lift. 

Cut out the carbs if: 

If you're someone who has typically eaten carbs for breakfast for quite some time, or you've skipped it completely in favor of energy drinks, coffee etc... I highly encourage you to try this out for 2 weeks.  The carbs are sabotaging you of brain power, clarity and sustainable energy......This is not saying to never eat carbs for breakfast ever again - play around with this so you can feel what it's like to have your brain burn Ketones (MAJOR FOCUS AND CLARITY).  The thing is that most people have an unbalanced breakfast (too many carbs and sugars) so this is a quick way for them to experience an immediate change for the better.  

Eat the fat:

Eat ONLY fat during breakfast (coconut oil, MTC oil, grass fed butter, avocado, walnuts, organic almond butter, smoked salmon). Throw the grass fed butter or oils into your BLACK coffee (no other additives, or it defeats the purpose)  Or have some protein (eggs, salmon) WITH fat.  Whatever you do, HAVE FAT.  This will make you feel full longer, supercharge your brain and keep you burning body fat all morning long!  Win-Win

Try it for 2 weeks:

Just do it. You'll notice a difference right away.  You'll notice a difference in your head (supercharged brain), you'll feel full longer and you'll get leaner. What you do after the 2 weeks is up to you, but you'll be on a better path regardless and begin to experience the POWER of nutrition.
