I struggled for years to actually SEE results from the efforts that I put into the gym and kitchen.  I've seen the same problem all over.  People working out and eating "better" but they are still frustrated with the results.  It's not what they expected.  Well, after years of struggle, failures and following the bad advice from "gurus" and pop culture, I finally cracked the code.  

I then created the KingsmanNutri Armor Protocol and that would enable me and my client's to see REAL and LASTING results without having to carry around tupperwares of  chicken and broccoli, grind through long and boring cardio session, or having to train 2x per day.  

Two Very Common Mistakes when trying to lose fat, get lean and get fit: 

  1. Consume toxic supplements that contain artificial sweeteners, flavors and/or colors.  Many consume based on price.  Quality supplements WILL show in the price.  It's like buying a car.  If you want the experience, look and feel of a Ford, well you pay the price.  If you want the experience, look and feel of a Ferrari, well you pay a little more for those RESULTS.  I've made this mistake and I paid for it. 
  2. They do not align their nutrition plan/program with their training program.  Everyday your nutritional needs change and your training program will directly effect your needs (specific to YOUR goals).  Many people just eat and workout.  If you want to optimize your results and see extraordinary results and in a way that doesn't require you to stress over ever morsel that you put in your body, then you'll want a COMPREHENSIVE program, which means that your nutrition plan and training program are in ALIGNMENT.
